We all know it's true, but what can be done about it?
We're under more stress than ever before. Children, chronic health issues (including SIBO!), the cost of healthy food, money in general, the rat race, our jobs, politics, road rage and bad drivers... AHHH. Is stress that big of a deal, and if so, what can be done about it?
For many of us, we can't lower our stress level. If you have a child with food allergies, for example, you're probably not going to be able to get rid of that stress. We can, however, change our tolerance to stress. Here are some resources I mention in the video including a meditation audio I use myself: Link.

SIBO Mistake #6: Stress
The good news is that it IS possible to treat or manage SIBO naturally. No, it's not a quick fix, but it can be done. Through a combination of dietary modifications (not low FODMAPs), exercises, and supplements, I have seen great progress be made with this notoriously hard to treat condition.
If you are ready to work with me on your SIBO, please download my e-book "Why conventional Medicine CAN'T Cure IBS" below. The application process to become a patient is discussed in the last pages of that book.
Wishing you less stress in 2017,
